Any ongoing garden maintenance:

   -Lawn mowing,  weeding,  tree pruning,  planting seasonal bedding,  etc.

Garage and garden clearance/removals: 

    -Move or remove any large items such as white goods,  furniture,  garden waste,  etc.

All those other annoying small jobs around the house that you have been meaning to get around to, but can never find the time:
